TRUST IS PART OF THE WORK

Your business.
Your information.
Your peace of mind.

Good software starts with clear boundaries. Here’s how we approach confidentiality, data access, AI, and ownership from the first conversation onward.

Start with an NDA

Confidentiality comes first.

We can put a mutual NDA in place before sensitive discussions. Keep your initial inquiry high level. We do not publish identifiable client work, internal processes, or business data without permission.

Only the access we need.

We agree which systems and data are needed, who can access them, and when access ends. We prefer client-owned accounts, scoped permissions, secure credential sharing, and separate development environments.

AI with clear boundaries.

We agree which AI providers may be used, what data they may receive, and the relevant retention and training settings before implementation. Sensitive actions get appropriate human review. We do not assume every workflow needs AI.

Ownership in writing.

Your project agreement defines ownership of custom deliverables, source code access, documentation, and handover. Third-party platforms and open-source components keep their own licenses. We make ongoing dependencies clear.

Controls matched to the work.

We scope permissions, validation, logging, backups, recovery, and secure deployment to the system and its risks. We test the important user paths and document the operational responsibilities before launch.

Support you can understand.

Support coverage, maintenance, incident communication, and response expectations belong in an agreed plan. If you prefer to take over, we plan a clear handover with the information your next team needs.

BEFORE WE TOUCH YOUR SYSTEMS

Let’s agree
the important things.

  • The business outcome and who is responsible for each decision
  • What information is sensitive and where it may be processed
  • Who can access, change, export, and delete data
  • Which actions require a person to review or approve them
  • How the system will be tested, supported, and handed over

Specific requirements deserve a specific plan.

Tell us early about regulated data, contractual obligations, or security reviews. We’ll assess fit and scope before accepting the work. This page describes our approach; certifications, service levels, and compliance requirements must be expressly agreed for the project.
